Coronation awards for 5 inner city kids with Mentors including Professor Chris Imafidon

Daffodil Preparatory School, and Excel Institute of Commercial Road, located in the vibrant east end of London, is proud to announce that five of its top-performing inner city students have been nominated for the prestigious Coronation Exhibition Awards. These nominations come from their mentor, and founder of the institute, Mr Anis.

According to Professor Chris Imafidon, who chaired the Coronation Public lectures and serves as chair of the ExcellenceInEducation.org.uk programme “The Coronation Exhibition Awards, inspired by Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee education/STEM program, aim to celebrate the achievements of students at a national level. The best students from schools and colleges across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland will be invited to the Coronation Exhibition at Buckingham Palace”

The five nominated students who school or reside in London’s inner-city have demonstrated exceptional academic excellence and dedication to their studies. Their mentor, an esteemed educator, recognized their outstanding achievements and nominated them for this prestigious award.

“We are incredibly proud of our students and their accomplishments,” said the mentor. “These nominations are a testament to their hard work, determination, and the supportive environment we strive to create for all students.” The nominated students have excelled in various subjects, including Science, Mathematics, Technology, and more. Their achievements reflect their passion for learning and their commitment to academic excellence.

The Coronation Exhibition Awards not only recognize the outstanding achievements of these students but also provide them with unique opportunities. Each nominee, whether successful in winning an award or not, will be invited to the University of Cambridge or another elite/leading institution in the UK, USA, or Europe. Additionally, a free 12-month mentorship will be given to each winner.

The deadline for submission of nominations for the Coronation Exhibition Awards is rapidly approaching. Schools and colleges from across the UK are encouraged to nominate their top-performing students before the deadline. The nomination should include the student’s full name, date of birth, name of school, subject(s) of excellence, a photograph of the student, a statement from the head-teacher on the reasons for their success, comments from the student, and other relevant information.

Daffodil Preparatory School and Excel Institute of Commercial Road is excited to see the impact these nominations will have on the lives of their exceptional students. The school remains committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
