Fondly referred to as Aunty Kate, Dr Anolue recently added a Guinness World record certificate to her unending list of achievements, and now wants to launch a new initiative to empower the next generation of women.

Professor Chris Imafidon who mentored students at one of the best schools in England located in Enfield, shares Dr Anolue’s 2024 plans to raise more lady leaders.

Dr. Kate Anolue of Enfield is an exceptional figure by all standards including her multiple disciplinary qualifications in healthcare and law; and successful career in public life as an elected representative cum community and faith leader.  Many readers have enjoyed her well-researched and inspirational books. Her impact extends far beyond her roles as a mid-wife, exemplary healthcare practitioner, mother and mentor. Her remarkable journey, from a 40-year career as an NHS midwife to becoming the first citizen (Elected Mayor) of the London Borough of Enfield, is a testament to her unwavering commitment to public service and her dedication to empowering women and girls. Speaking shortly after receiving her certificate of participation of the Guinness world record, Dr Kate Anolue says that she wants to “run a series of online and physical sessions to empower and support girls, ladies and young women and share with them the strategies for success in 2024” Adding that “I will collaborate with different institutions and individuals to raise a new generation of lady leaders”

As the Founder of the Forum for African Women in Politics (FWAP), Dr. Anolue has been a trailblazer in promoting the participation of women in governance and decision-making. Her commitment to empowering women is further evidenced by her own achievements, breaking barriers as a black woman in local government and serving as a role model for future generations. EDUCATION
