By Our reporter – Nigeria High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, His Excellency, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola has promptly announced replacement for some of the diplomats who have completed their tour of duty in preparation for an improved and efficient running of the High Commission London.
In a New Year message to his compatriots in the United Kingdom, Ambassador Isola said, 2022 will bring further improvement of service from the staff of the Mission. In an electronic post card, the ambassador sent his best wishes of joy, peace and happiness to all the families in the diaspora and beyond.”
At a reception in honour of the returning Officers, who had completed their tours of duty, which was held at the conference room of the High Commission on 29th December 2021, the High Commissioner, Amb. Sarafa Tunji Isola and his Deputy, Amb. Sani Sulaiman addressed the Home Based Officers and diplomats on their dedication and the need for further commitment.
The outgoing Officers shared their professional experiences at the Mission and elsewhere, with colleagues who in turn, spoke about the individual qualities of the respective Officers in the course of their working relationship.
The Service Support Staff had the opportunity to say a bit about the outgoing officers too. In conclusion, the High Commissioner, the Deputy High Commissioner and other colleagues wished the returning Officers safe journey and good luck in their future endeavours.
The departing officers gave their acceptance remarks on the various comments passed about them and thereafter, appreciated His Excellency, the High Commissioner, his deputy and the entire members of staff for their cooperation and support in the course of their duties.

Mr. Paulinus Nwokoro Minister/Head (Consular, Education and Welfare), Mr. Oludare Folowosele Minister/Head (Immigration), Mrs. Rose Yakowa Okoh Senior Consular/Head Of Chancery and Mr. Yusuf Sule.
