A 14 year manhunt has come to a harrowing climax following the arrest of a man in Nigeria who is suspected of murdering another man at a So Solid Crew concert in 2001.
The suspect, who was is said to have beaten and stabbed the victim, Marcus Hall to death during the popular musicians’ concert in Luton, was apprehended in Lagos, Nigeria, earlier this week.
Adebayo Adekun (38) has managed to evade arrest despite the fact that 7 others were convicted for their role in Halls murder beween 2002 and 2003. Last year, police issued a fresh warrant for Adekun’s arrest, offering a £5,000 reward to anyone willing to reveal his whereabouts.
He is currently in custody as police prepare to extradite him from Nigeria.
