By Olubunmi Omoogun  – The highly anticipated Nollywood film, Depth of Us, has made waves at the prestigious Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival (TINFF) by taking home the coveted award for Best Drama – Nollywood. The film, which was nominated in five categories, captivated the judges and audience alike with its compelling storytelling and stellar performances.

Produced by Dayo Ajifowoke of Face of Africa Media Concept and directed by acclaimed director Awal Abdulfatai, Depth of Us is a deeply emotional drama featuring an outstanding cast. The film stars Tope Olowoniyan, Okey Uzoeshi, Lilian Afegbai, Bade Smart and legendary Nollywood actress Binta Ayo Mogaji, each delivering performances that resonate with themes of love, betrayal, and redemption.

Producer, Ajifowoke expressed excitement about the film’s success and shared their hopes for Depth of Us to connect with audiences worldwide as it prepares for its release in cinemas and on various streaming platforms.
