Nigerian Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola OFR showcased among world’s foremost diplomats

By Milton Tella – James Cleverly, the UK’s Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Affairs hosted some of the diplomats and political figures from around the world, at the Heads of Mission Reception during the recently concluded 2023 Conservative Party Conference.

The Foreign Secretary described some of his guests as  the most influential diplomats and encouraged attendees to leverage the opportunity to connect with them.

Greg Hands, Chairman of the Conservative Party, H.E. Sarafa Tunji Isola, High Commissioner, Nigeria High Commission, as well as various Ambassadors, High Commissioners, top Conservative Party members, and government officials from around the world attended the event hosted on 4 October 2023, at the prestigious Midland Hotel in Manchester.

Following Cleverly’s speech, the attendees engaged in one-on-one discussions. His Excellency, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola, High Commissioner, Nigeria High Commission, London had insightful and informative conversations with several Ambassadors, High Commissioners, and politicians. These discussions covered a wide range of topics, including international relations, trade opportunities, and collaborative initiatives. His Excellency’s discussions reflected the spirit of the event, where diplomats and political figures from various countries engaged in dialogue to strengthen diplomatic ties and explore opportunities for cooperation.
