James Mburu, Kenyan Journalist and Chevening scholar said, I have worked as journalist with local media and international broadcast such as BBC East African bureau and Al Jazeera East African bureau. I got the scholarship to be able to strengthen my skills and to return to kenya to contribute to journalism of development because our media have a challenge of personalisation of politics. So l am looking forward to getting back to impact positively and inspire young future leaders who can actually contribute to the development of the continent.

  1. Great stuff James. We need to focus on developing the motherland so that our offspring and generations to come may enjoy the fruits of our concerted efforts. Development is a right, never a priviledge or political tool.
