Soulja Boy appears to have suffered a celebrity melt-down, causing him to be ejected from an American Airlines flight.
The ‘Crank That’ rapper did not respond to a flight attendant’s instructions to passengers to sit down, seemingly electing to loiter in the aisle. Another flight attendant reportedly approached the 23-year-old rapper and asked him to sit down and buckle up. The flight crew also explained the consequences if he did not obey. Soulja, however, got upset at the staffer and picked that moment to throw a celebrity tantrum, immediately following which he was removed from the plane.
The rapper later told TMZ that he was having a hard time and apologised, saying: “It was a bad night and me and the flight staff didn’t see eye to eye. In hindsight, I’m extremely sorry for all inconvenience caused to the passengers and employees of the airline.”
