London Borough of Redbridge and Midas Property Club (MPS) introduce ambitious plans for tackling the shortage of affordable housing within the Borough and improving the quality of current stock of housing, says Eugene Smith.
The Midas Property Group has now established itself as the main hub for seminars focusing on the property market in the UK. The Midas property group’s latest collaboration was on Tuesday 12th September with the London Borough of Redbridge, who’s main aim is to tackle the lack of affordable housing in their Borough.
The Council invited a variety of experts from various government departments and the private sector to advise the general public on a range of topics relating to the property market, which included Rodent Infestation, Trading Standards Law for buying and selling property.
This fire safety guideline has become a focus due to the unfortunate events surrounding the recent fire at Grenville Tower in the Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. This seminar also included members from the Home office’s immigration who expressed to landlords to be carful not to rent property to illegal immigrants.
Other speakers included the property entrepreneur Ranjan Bhattacharya who’s talk was about tax for property investors.
