
By Milton Tella – After a long record of performances at highbrow international festivals and events, from the Buckingham Palace to the Commonwealth, from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 to King Charles 111 both of England, Ambassadors and captains of industry, Nigerian Talking Drum Maestro, Ayan De First breaks a new record.
The renowned entertainer, Ayan De First recently returned from Santorini, Greece, where he recorded another feat, becoming arguably the first-ever talking drummer to perform on the Mediterranean Sea.
The trip tagged Comrades’ Trip To Santorini in Greece is to celebrate Wale Adetoro’s 50th birthday and Princess Iyunade Tiaraoluwa’s 2nd birthday. The 4-5 hour sailing entertained a multicultural audience who were thrilled beyond their imagination.
Ayan De First a.k.a Mr. Culture, a UK based master talking drummer, entertainer, actor, musician and theatre practitioner has appeared on many British television channels and performed for the likes of Madonna, Sir Richard Branson, and the Lord Mayor of London, he broke a record when he performed on the Channel 4 Television programme, Come Dine With Me.
Ayan De First runs an annual African Cultural Showcase and Gala Night in the UK.
