The Central Association of Nigerians in the UK will be holding its annual family funday event on August 24th. The event, which will be taking place at Rutland Walk Sports and Social Club in Catford, will include live performances, face painting, games, raffles and prizes, bouncy castles and much, much more.
Several prominent Nigerians will also be in attendance including 8 Borough Mayors, The Nigerian High Commissioner and the Nigerian Police Association.
CANUK, which was founded in 2005, aims to protect, unify and empower Nigerians in the UK and help them to contribute to its growth and development. It is chaired by Chief Bimbo Robert Folayan, and is the largest Nigerian organisation of its kind in the world and is also the largest black community in the UK.
