African Voice is asking you to take part in this short survey about sexual health to help improve healthcare in our community.
This short survey is about relationships, sex life, risks and precautions, and use of health services. The findings will help charities and health care workers to better meet the needs of people with Black African ethnicity living in England. This is a great chance to have your voice heard and we would really appreciate you taking part!
Please take part if you
● Consider yourself to be Black African ethnicity
● You currently live in the UK
● AND are aged 16 years or over.
Most people take less than 10 minutes to complete the survey.
Everything you tell us will be completely anonymous and confidential. You can complete the survey right now or any time convenient for you before 23rd March 2022. Please make sure you only complete the survey once.
