Nigerian Nurses in UK to remember fallen heroes

Nigerian Nurses Charitable Association UK is planning a virtual multi-faith remembrance event to remember the fallen heroes.

The Nurses association representing approximately 3,000 Nigerian nurses would remember their own never to be forgotten colleagues who were victims of the Covid-19 pandemic.

It is on record that ethnic minorities experienced health disparities and health inequalities resulting in a disportionate number of deaths among Black Asian Minority Ethnic healthcare professionals. 

The zoom event will hold on Friday 2nd July 2021. Time: 7.00pm to 9.00pm. 

Guest Speakers at the event include: Hon. Abike Dabiri – Erewa, Dr. Isioma Nwokolo, Imam Abdul – Salam, Pastor Kolade Adebayo-Oke and Prof. Mashood Baderin.

Nurses Charitable Association UK (NNCAUK) is a charity organization established in January 1998 in the UK. 

The association represents approximately 3,000 Nigerian nurses. The mission of NNCAUK is to provide a forum for collective action by Nigerian nurses to “investigate, define and determine issues affecting its members with a view to implement change to alleviate and improve living and working standards amongst members”
