Its the time of the year when the educational institutions in the country are agog with parents celebrating not just their children’s academic victories in the universities but also the relief and respite to the emotional hurly burly that comes with the demands of supporting a ward at school in these ‘hard times’ of student grant demise.
The celebration of the parents and families from migrant ethnicities is near limitless. To them its just not enough to say their children’s training is well grounded, as far as academics is concerned, but that they have facilitated a ‘tomorrow filled with rainbow colours’ .
Such is the case of the family of Chief Abiodun Odusanwo whose daughter, Titi Odusanwo, graduated from Cambridge university with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
